Plessinger sentenced for trafficking meth, endangering children

GREENVILLE – Magan R. Plessinger appeared for sentencing on drug-related charges in the Darke County Common Pleas Court Thursday.

Plessinger previously pleaded guilty to one count each of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (methamphetamine), a felony of fifth degree, and a misdemeanor count of Child Endangering.

Judge Jonathan P. Hein order she be placed on probation for up too 60 months, complete 100 hours of community service and pay an investigative restitution of $165 – which includes $125 lab fee and $40 buy money. She could face up to 18 months in prison if she violates probation.

Plessinger was represented by local defense attorney David A. Rohrer.
