DARKE COUNTY – A male driver was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash on US 36 near Bradford Wednesday afternoon.
A preliminary investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office revealed that at approximately 4:30 p.m., a female driver of a Nissan was eastbound on US 36 when she attempted to turn north into the Marshall’s gas station at the OH-721 intersection. The Nissan entered the path of a westbound Toyota that collided with the front end of the car.
The male driver of the Toyota was transported to Wayne HealthCare, while the female driver was treated at the scene. She was cited for the crash.
