In the Common Pleas Court of Darke County, Ohio, Case No. 18CV00107, in
the matter of foreclosure of liens for delinquent land taxes Scott J. Zumbrink,
County Treasurer of Darke County, Ohio, Plaintiff, vs. Donald Schmidt, et al.,

Whereas, judgement has been rendered against certain parcels of real property
for taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, costs, and charges as follows:

Whereas, such judgement orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned
to satisfy the total amount of such judgment;
Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Toby L. Spencer, Sheriff of
Darke County, Ohio, will sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the
highest bidder of an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment against each parcel
at the County Commissioners Building in Greenville, in the above named County,
on Friday, the 26th day of October, 2018 at 10:00 o’clock A.M., and continuing
from day to day thereafter, if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall
be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at
the same time of day and at the same place, on Friday, the 9th day of November,
2018, for an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment against the parcel.
TERMS OF SALE: Deposit required for this property: 15% of purchase price
Balance due within 30 days after Confirmation.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO
BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN
THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE, AND PURCHASERS OF
